As a responsive, trusted host just outside of Clayton, NC, we understand the demands of your work and lifestyle—our role is to take the housing stress away so you can focus on what matters.

To rent a bedroom unit, you need to fill the initial application   

Innago application, once notified than pay $45 for the criminal, credit, and eviction reports, provide proof of income and/or employment. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement.

Tenants are responsible for keeping their bedroom rental property clean and in good condition. They are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the property management team.

You need to give at least 5 days' notice before moving out of a rental property. This will give us enough time to find a new tenant and prepare the bedroom for them.

 30 days, with flexible month-to-month options. 

 Yes, refundable $250.00 deposit—details in booking form. 

 Furniture, linens, Wi-Fi, utilities, kitchen, laundry.
