1️⃣What is the application process for renting a bedroom unit?

To rent a bedroom unit, begin by completing the Innago

application. After review, you’ll be notified to pay a $45 fee for background, credit, and eviction reports. You’ll also provide proof of income or employment. Once approved, you’ll receive a lease agreement to sign and move-in instructions.

2️⃣ Do nightly stays require a lease?

No. Nightly stays are simple and flexible, designed for short-term guests who need rest between care, work, or travel. Guests complete a quick booking request with basic identity verification, but no lease is required. For monthly stays, a short lease helps ensure clarity and comfort for both guest and host.

3️⃣ What’s included in the rent?

Every stay includes fully furnished private bedrooms, access to shared living areas, utilities, Wi-Fi, and laundry — all in one simple rate. Essentials like linens and kitchenware are also provided to make your stay feel like home.

4️⃣ Who typically stays at MPS-Revive?

Guests include travel healthcare professionals, medical students completing rotations, family caregivers needing respite housing, and active older adults seeking a peaceful place to stay. Each guest brings a unique story, but all share one thing in common — the need for rest and renewal in a supportive environment.

5️⃣ How are guests screened for safety?

Safety is our top priority. All guests complete a verification process appropriate for their stay length. Nightly guests provide ID and proof of purpose (such as travel or work), while monthly guests complete full Innago background and credit screenings. This ensures MPS-Revive remains a safe and comfortable space for everyone.

6️⃣ What lease terms are available?

Leases are month-to-month for flexibility. Guests can extend or end their stay with advance notice, depending on availability. Nightly stays can be booked directly through a short request form — no lease required.
