- A $250 refundable deposit secures your room.
- No background check is required for nightly stays.
- For monthly rentals, renter’s insurance is required for peace of mind.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with:
- Check-in details and key-less access instructions.
- Optional add-on requests (extended stay, specific room preference, etc.).
